a. All tour bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system or with our team via chat or email.
b. Depending on the tour, payment is made in full online at the time of booking, or where offered, as a deposit online with the balance payable on the day of the tour.
c. Once your booking is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to you. Your booking is not final until you have received it.
d. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received in full and on time.
e. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to two days before the tour date: the cut-off is 23:59 Thailand time (GMT+7), two days before the tour. We will refund what you paid, or you can keep it as credit towards a different tour. Cancellations after the cut-off and no-shows are not refundable.
a. Tour itineraries are subject to change without notice due to weather, traffic, water levels, train schedules or other factors beyond our control.
b. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour where necessary. If we cancel your tour, you receive a full refund.
c. We are not responsible for other expenses you may incur as a result of itinerary changes, such as unused hotel nights or transport booked separately.
d. For your own safety, you are expected to follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.
a. Tours are operated by licensed local operators. Neither the operator nor Kohtour Bangkok is liable for loss, injury or damage to person or property during the tour, except where required by law.
b. You are responsible for your own health and safety during the tour. Please tell us at booking about any medical conditions, reduced mobility or other concerns that could affect your participation, so we can advise whether a tour is suitable.
c. We are not responsible for loss, injury or damage resulting from a failure to follow the tour guide's instructions.
a. You are responsible for holding all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any visas, before the tour.
b. We are not responsible for costs or consequences arising from missing or invalid travel documents.
a. We respect your privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, other than to the local operator running your tour, who needs your details to operate it.
b. We collect personal information only for the purpose of providing tour services and communicating with you. See our full Privacy Policy.
c. We may use customer feedback and reviews for promotional purposes.
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved by the courts of Thailand.
